My Meal Plans
Based on your weight loss goal, here are a weeks worth of sample Meal Plans.
The total calories recommended are set-up as a guideline for you to follow
to get you to your goal weight in a quick and healthy manner.
1. Select ONE option for each meal and/or snack.
2. Click PRINT to see the recipes for the Meal Plans you selected.
3. If the recipes don’t meet your needs, go back anytime to change your Meal Plans by selecting different meal or snack options.
Print it out.
Take it grocery shopping with you. Take it out to eat.
Refer to your Meal Plans at all meals and snacks throughout the day for optimal success in your weight loss.
Note: Beverages were not included in your meal plan.
In order to stay within your daily calorie intake either consume non-caloric beverages
or be aware of the beverage calorie count and remove an item within that calorie range from your meal plan.
